Day 1: Bhopal
Arrival in Bhopal. Day at leisure and overnight stay in Bhopal.
Day 2: Bhopal - Sanchi
Siteseen of Bhopal in the morning. Explore the heritage of the city right from the days of the first ruler of Bhopal Dost Mohammad Khan to the period of late 19th century cultural efflorescence under Nawab Shahjahan Begum.
Later in the afternoon, leave for Sanchi. Sanchi is unique for having the most perfect and well preserved Buddhist stupas. Overnight stay in Sanchi.
Day 3: Sanchi - Omkareshwar
This morning you will depart for Omkareshwar. Omkareshwar is a sacred island, shaped like the holiest of all Hindu symbols, ‘Om’. Omkareshwar is situated on the banks of Narmada, and is one of the 12 revered Jyotirlinga shrines of Shiva. The significance of this linga is that the linga is not situated below the cupola. The idol of Lord Shiva is situated on the top of the temple. The temple can be reached by ferry from the banks of the river.

Day 4: Omkareshwar - Maheshwar
Depart for Maheshwar in the morning. Maheshwar is a historical town on the banks of river Narmada known for temples, mighty fort-complex standing in quiet beauty, mirrored in the river below and distinctive handwoven sarees called Maheshwari.
Overnight stay in Maheshwar.
Day 5: Maheshwar - Mandu
Today depart for Mandu. Perched along the Vindhya ranges at an altitude of 2,000 feet, Mandu is known for its natural beauty and fort. Enjoy siteseen at Mandu.

Day 7: Mandu - Indore - Ujjain
Depart for Ujjain today. Enroute enjoy the sightseeing in Indore. Overnight stay in Ujjain.

Start your day by sightseeing in the religious and ancient city of Ujjain. Apart from mythological legends, the city has a
long distinguished history. It was governed by the likes of Vikramaditya and Ashoka. Kalidas wrote his souls
stirring poetry here.
